The 5th Annual Hallowbaloo Music & Arts Festival in Chinatown is offering an opportunity for you to plan your perfect group party at the Hallowbaloo Street Festival on Saturday, October 27, 2012.

*Great for staff, professional organization mixers, client appreciation, and more!

We'd love to help you plan an easy, hassle-free get together for you and your staff, clients, volunteers, and supporters at your favorite club or bar in Chinatown during the best costume party in the Pacific. Bring out your crew and join the 15,000 costumed crazies in Hawaii's favorite entertainment district in Chinatown!

How it works:

*Let your team know you're getting together for a fun team-bonding experience, social mixer, or pre-post-mid season celebration, then:
*Choose your favorite club or bar - over 15 available including: Mercury Bar, JJ Dolans, RaKuen Lounge, Soho, Du Vin, TheVenue, BanbuTwo, Epic, Indigo, Murphy's Bar & Brill, O'Toole's Irish Pub, Dragon Upstairs, Manifest, Lotus Downtown, Bar 25, NextDoor, and Adega
*$50 Booking Fee - such a small price to pay for a big celebration with your crew for PRIVATE SPACE reserved just for you between 5pm and 9pm
*$200 Refundable Deposit - 100% Refundable! Every penny is returned after the event as long as your group meets the required bar/food minimum of $200 before 9pm - just think, that's about 2 or 3 drinks per person for a group of 10+ to get the Hallowbaloo celebrations started!
*Free Street Festival Wristband ($3) for all the members in your group - the street festival is all ages and free for everyone, but you must have a Street Festival Wristband to purchase alcohol at the Hallowbaloo festival. *Please note, Club Wristbands, required to enter clubs after 9pm, are an additional cost in advance of the festival

It's super easy and hassle free for you - all you need to do is remind your group to show up between 5pm and 9pm at Hallowbaloo at the club/bar of your choosing! Enjoy good food, tasty drinks, and great company as you prepare to celebrate Hallowbaloo!
