A 90- minute workshop focused on daily mindfulness, using
discussion, journaling and reflection to connect.
A step by step guide on why meditation is important & beneficial,
and how to implement it into your daily life.
A breakdown and practice session of 6 different styles of
meditation, to see which style fits best for each person.
Participants will receive: A meditation booklet, journal & small crystal for each participant.
** Light refreshments will be included.
