For the 13th year, Pacific Business News will honor 40 outstanding young business professionals in Hawaii. Nominee must be 39 years of age or younger as of June 21, 2012.

An outside panel of judges will select the 40 honorees. Of the 40, one will be named the Young Business Leader of the Year and another the Young Community Leader of the Year. They will be recognized at a reception at the Hawaii Convention Center's Liliu Theatre on Thursday, June 21, and will be profiled in PBN's print edition on June 22.

Nominee's eligibility criteria:

•Recognized industry leader with a consistent take-charge attitude
•Business acumen
•Sharp business-like approach to efficiency, change
•Respect of colleagues
•Community service
•39 years of age and under on June 21, 2012
•Previous Forty Under 40 honorees not eligible

1.Nominee's current one-page resumé
2.Two (2) signed letters of support for your nominee addressed to Forty Under 40 2012 judges
IMPORTANT NOTE: The judges rely heavily on the nomination materials when they make their selection. So, be as thorough as possible.

Finalists will be notified via e-mail on Tuesday, May 15.
